Initially founded as a Learning and Development consulting company in 2001, our mission and vision has evolved from helping clients solve training and development problems to the much more ambitious vision and mission of helping clients change their business and life by improving their narrative competencies.  

Our work is primarily based on the perspective of Narrative Medicine, which holds that illness unfolds as a story. By extension, any dysfunction has a story that can be witnessed and through work - rewritten. Combining this with with over 20 years of developing talent in world-class organizations, we are well equipped to help you add value to the business, learn something new, and have fun along the way.
